Mohammad Arash Honarvar Shojaei, who has lost more than eight kilos as the result of a hunger strike, had a heart attack in his cell and collapsed. As a result of the fall he injured his arm and ribs, but after being injected with pain-killers in the prison clinic, he was returned to his cell. Human rights activists have expressed serious concern for his life.
