IRGC Commander Mohammad Ali Jafari appointed Ebadollah Abdollahi as Commander 
of Khatam al-Anbia Construction Headquarters to replace Abolqasem Mozaffari. Khatam al-Anbia, also referred to as GHORB, is the IRGC’s major engineering arm and one of Iran’s largest contractors in industrial and key development projects.
