The verdict has been issued in absentia and her lawyer has been unaware of the trial. According to the Human Rights House of Iran, she was sentenced to 5 years in prison for conspiracy and gathering against national security, one year for anti-regime activities and one year of imprisonment and 74 lashes for disturbing public order. She was detained twice after the disputed elections. The Prosecutor’s Office has seized her bail.
